Authentication Timeout / Session Expired

Steps:

1. Go to https://hub.lakelandcollege.edu/

2. Enter your full Lake Land email and password.

3. Approve the Microsoft Authenticator prompt.

4. Observe:

   - If HUB dashboard loads → success

   - If returned to login page → continue

5. Close all browser tabs.

6. Open a private/incognito window (Chrome or Edge).

7. Go to https://hub.lakelandcollege.edu/ and log in again.

8. Observe:

   - If HUB loads → success

   - If returned to the login page again → continue

Escalate if:

- HUB returns to login page after MFA approval

- Session expires on multiple login attempts

- Multiple users experience login timeouts
