Data Access Issue / Cannot Access System

Type: Troubleshooting
Steps:
1. Go to the Lake Land system you are trying to use (HUB, Outlook, Teams, Canvas, Etrieve, or another campus system).
2. Sign in with your Lake Land username and password if prompted.
3. Observe:
- If the system opens and the required page or function is available → success
- If you receive an access denied, not authorized, or connection error → continue
4. Retry once in Chrome or Edge.
5. If you are off campus, open the Omnissa Horizon Client or go to https://viewportal.lakelandcollege.edu/ and log in using your username (not full email).
6. Launch the required system from the virtual desktop environment.
7. Observe:
- If the system opens → success
- If the same error appears again → continue
8. Capture the exact error message and the system name.
Escalate if:
- Access denied or not authorized message appears after successful sign-in
- Required page or function is missing after the system opens
- Issue occurs both on campus and through Omnissa Horizon
- Multiple users report the same access issue
