Why won't Canvas load?

Canvas Not Loading / Canvas Unavailable
Type: Troubleshooting
Steps:
1. Log in to https://hub.lakelandcollege.edu/
2. Click the Canvas tile.
3. Observe:
- If Canvas opens → success
- If not → continue
4. Retry once in Chrome or Edge.
5. Confirm other HUB tiles work.
Escalate if:
- Canvas fails, but HUB works
- Multiple users affected
