Conference Room Technology Not Working

When to Use:
- The conference room display, camera, microphone, speakers, or room system is not working
- A meeting cannot start because the room technology is not functioning
- You need IT help with conference room equipment
How to Request:
1. Confirm the room number and the device that is not working (display, projector, camera, microphone, speakers, or room PC).
2. Turn on the room system and select the correct input/source.
3. Reconnect the presentation cable once (HDMI or USB-C) if you are connecting a laptop.
4. If you are joining a browser-based meeting, use the supported browser on the room computer and retry the meeting.
5. Test the room audio and video again.
6. Observe:
- If the room technology works → success
- If the room technology still does not work → continue
7. Submit a Help Desk ticket with the room and equipment details.

- Device or equipment not working
- Whether you are using the room computer or a personal device
- Meeting platform in use, if applicable
- Error message or behavior shown
