Why can't I send or receive an email?

Email Not Sending / Receiving

Type: Troubleshooting

Symptoms:
- Emails are not sending or not received

Steps:
1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/
2. Sign in with your full Lakeland email.
3. Click New Mail and send a test email to yourself.
4. Check the Inbox and Junk folder.
5. Observe:
- If email arrives → working
- If not → continue
6. Check Sent Items for errors or bounce messages.

Escalate if:
- Emails fail for multiple users
- No delivery after test email
