Symptoms:
- Account locked after multiple attempts
Steps:
1. Wait 10 minutes after your last failed login attempt.
2. Go to https://hub.lakelandcollege.edu/
3. Enter credentials once.
4. Observe:
- If login works → resolved
- If still locked → continue
Escalate if:
- Account remains locked after waiting 10 minutes and one login attempt
