Why can't I log into my email?

Email Login Issue

Type: Troubleshooting

Symptoms:
- Cannot log into Outlook

Steps:
1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/
2. Enter your full Lakeland email and password.
3. Approve Microsoft Authenticator.
4. Observe:
   - If mailbox loads → success
   - If login repeats → continue
5. Retry once in a private/incognito window.

Escalate if:
- Login loops after MFA
- Password accepted, but the mailbox is not accessible
