3. Select the Financial Aid tile inside HUB. Result: Financial Aid system opens.

4. Observe behavior. Result: If the system loads, the issue is resolved. If access is denied or a loop, continue.

5. Open a different browser and repeat the login and access. Result: System loads if browser-related.

Escalate if:

- Access denied after successful HUB login

- Financial Aid tile fails to open or errors

- Multiple users cannot access Financial Aid
