HUB Not Loading / Portal Not Working

Steps:

1. Go to https://hub.lakelandcollege.edu/

2. Attempt to sign in using your full Lake Land email and password.

3. Observe:

   - If HUB dashboard loads → success

   - If the page is blank, does not load, or shows an error → continue

4. Retry once in Chrome or Edge.

5. Go to another website (example: https://www.google.com).

6. Observe:

   - If other websites load → continue

   - If other websites do not load → issue is internet-related

Escalate if:

- HUB does not load, but other websites work

- HUB returns an error after a login attempt

- Multiple users report HUB not loading
