Lab Login Issue / Cannot Sign In to Lab Computer

Steps:

1. Sign in to the lab computer using your Lake Land username and password.

2. Observe:

   - If the desktop loads and you can access the computer → success

   - If login fails or you receive an access error → continue

3. Confirm you are using the correct Lake Land account for the class you are currently taking.

4. Confirm you are in the correct computer lab for that class, because lab access is assigned based on course enrollment.

5. Retry the login once using the same credentials.

6. Observe:

   - If login works on the second attempt → success

   - If login still fails → continue

7. If another student in the same class is present, confirm whether they can sign in to the same lab.

8. Observe:

   - If other students in the same class can sign in → continue

   - If multiple students in the same class cannot sign in → continue

Escalate if:

- Login fails in the assigned lab for the enrolled class

- Login fails after retry with correct Lake Land credentials

- Student is enrolled in the class but does not have access to the assigned lab

- Multiple students in the same class cannot sign in to the lab
