VM Login Not Working / Cannot Sign In

Steps:
1. Open VMware Horizon using one of the following:
- Go to https://viewportal.lakelandcollege.edu/
- Open the Omnissa Horizon Client on your device
2. Enter your Lake Land username (only the part before @, example: jsmith).
3. Enter your password.
4. Observe:
- If desktop loads → success
- If login fails → continue(Make at least 2 attempts)
5. Submit a Help Desk ticket requesting a password reset.
6. Wait for confirmation that your password has been reset.
7. Open VMware Horizon again (portal or client) and log in using your username.
8. Observe:
- If desktop loads → success
- If login fails again → continue
Escalate if:
- Login fails after confirming password reset
- Username is accepted, but the desktop does not load
- Multiple users report VM login issues
