Projector Not Displaying

Steps:

1. In the classroom or lab, press the projector power button once and wait until the power light becomes solid instead of blinking. Result: The projector image should begin appearing on the wall or screen within normal startup time.
2. At the instructor station or on the projector remote, select the input that matches the connected device, such as HDMI or USB-C. Result: The projector should switch from a blank screen or a “No Signal” message to the display of the connected computer.
3. On the classroom lectern PC or your laptop, make sure the video cable is fully seated on both ends at the device and at the room connection point. Result: The projector should detect the connection and show the desktop, login screen, or presentation.
4. If using a Windows device, press Windows + P and choose Duplicate or Extend. Result: The image should display on both the device and the projector, or on the projector as a second screen.
5. If the projector still shows a blank screen, restart the connected classroom PC, or disconnect and reconnect your laptop to the room display. Result: After reconnecting, the projector should re-detect the device and display the image.
6. If another approved cable or port is available in the same room, connect using that alternate HDMI or USB-C path. Result: If the image appears with the alternate connection, the original cable or port is likely the issue.
7. The projector remains on but continues to display “No Signal” after completing all steps
8. Multiple rooms or users report the same issue at the same time
9. The classroom PC or input panel does not respond when selecting inputs
