Steps:

2. Perform the action that causes the application to crash.
3. Observe:
- If the application stays open → success
- If the application closes or crashes → continue
4. Reopen the application once and repeat the same action.
5. Observe:
- If the application works on the second attempt → success
- If the application crashes again → continue
6. Restart your device.
7. Open the same application and perform the same action again.
8. Observe:
- If the application works after restart → success
- If the application continues to crash → continue
9. If using a browser-based system, retry once in Chrome or Edge.
Escalate if:
- Application crashes after repeating the same action multiple times
- Application crashes immediately after opening
- Multiple users report the same application crash
