Cannot Access VM / Remote Desktop Not Connecting

Steps:
1. On a personal or campus device, open the Omnissa Horizon Client or go to https://viewportal.lakelandcollege.edu/. Result: The Horizon login screen should load.
2. Enter your Lake Land username ONLY (before @lakelandcollege.edu) and your password. Result: The system should accept credentials and prompt for MFA.
3. Approve the MFA request on your registered device. Result: You should be signed into Horizon and see available desktop pools.
4. Select your assigned desktop pool from the list. Result: The virtual desktop should begin launching.
5. If the virtual desktop does not open, retry the connection from the Horizon client or portal and note any error message displayed. Result: The error message can be used to identify the failure.
Escalate if:
- Horizon returns to the login screen after MFA approval
- No desktop pools appear after a successful login
- Multiple users report inability to launch virtual desktops
- An error message appears when launching the VM and persists after a retry
