Teams Not Working / Cannot Use Microsoft Teams

When to Use:

- You cannot use Microsoft Teams for chat, meetings, calls, or screen sharing

- Teams opens but a feature does not work

- You receive an error when joining or starting a Teams meeting

How to Request:

1. Open Microsoft Teams.

2. Sign in with your full Lake Land email.

3. Attempt the action that is failing (chat, meeting, call, camera, microphone, or screen sharing).

4. Observe:

   - If Teams completes the action → success

   - If Teams shows an error or fails → continue

5. Submit a Help Desk ticket with the issue details.

Information Required:

- Lake Land email address

- Whether you are using the Teams desktop app or browser

- What action failed in Teams

- Error message or behavior shown

- Meeting details, if the issue is meeting-related

- IT reviews and routes the request

- IT may request screenshots or additional details
