How do I change my Lake Land student password in the HUB?

Student Password Reset / Password Change in HUB
Type: Walkthrough
Steps:
- Log in to the new HUB.
- Navigate to TOOLS.
- Click USER PROFILE.
- Click PASSWORD CHANGE.
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft password reset page.
- Click Change Password.
- If this is your first login of the day, complete the MFA prompt when it appears.
- After MFA, you will be taken to the Change Your Password page.
- Enter your current password and your new password, then complete the password change process.
- If you stay logged in to the HUB, you can return to the Password Change screen again later the same day without repeating MFA.
Observe:
- If the user can open TOOLS, reach USER PROFILE, access PASSWORD CHANGE, complete MFA if prompted, and change the password successfully → success
- If the user cannot reach the password page, cannot complete MFA, or the password change fails → continue
Escalate if:
- The user cannot log in to the HUB
- USER PROFILE or PASSWORD CHANGE does not appear
- The Microsoft password reset page does not load
- MFA fails or the user cannot complete MFA
- The password change is rejected or does not save
- The user is locked out or cannot access required authentication methods
