Cannot Log In / Can’t Sign In

Type: Troubleshooting

Symptoms:
- Login fails
- Page reloads after sign-in

Steps:
1. Go to https://hub.lakelandcollege.edu/
2. Enter your full Lakeland email and password.
3. Approve the Microsoft Authenticator prompt on your phone.
4. Observe:
   - If HUB dashboard loads → success
   - If page reloads → continue
5. Clear site data for lakelandcollege.edu and retry once.

- Multiple users report login failure
