Conference Room Technology Not Working

Steps:
1. Turn on the conference room system using the room control panel or power button.
2. Connect your device to the room using an HDMI or USB-C cable.
3. Select the correct input/source on the room display or control panel.
4. Observe:
- If the display shows your screen → success
- If the display is blank or shows 'No Signal' → continue
5. Reconnect the HDMI or USB-C cable once.
6. If using the room computer, open Microsoft Teams or your meeting application.
7. Test audio and video in the application settings.
8. Observe:
- If the camera, microphone, and speakers work → success
- If audio or video does not work → continue
Escalate if:
- Display remains blank or shows 'No Signal' after reconnecting
- Camera, microphone, or speakers do not work after testing
- The room system does not power on
- Multiple rooms report the same issue
